When calling into Turning Point for the first time, or on your initial visit into the office, you will be greeted by our own Anne Lawson. Anne is our office manager, our privacy officer, our billing specialist, and all around horse fanatic!
Your experience at Turning Point will usually start and end with Anne at the front desk. She is here to help you in any way possible. Counseling is a huge step and Anne will make you feel welcome, answer all your questions, and take care of the details to get you started! Anne’s smiling face makes it so much easier to ease your nerves when starting your first session. She will give you a tour, explain where everything is at, and make you feel at home. Anne’s passion is people. You will experience that as soon as you walk in the front door.
Anne comes to us after a lengthy career in mental health. She has worked extensively in multiple mental health centers, private practices, and counseling groups. Anne brings a wealth of experience in counselor credentialing, HIPPA compliance, and third party payments. Anne makes sure Turning Point runs with excellence and is on point for all your counseling needs. She works extensively with the executive director on the mission of TPI, our values, and improving our services. She wears many hats here at TPI! On top of being Turning Point’s renaissance business manager, Anne is an avid lover of her family, horses, and her Canadian roots!
